Sacramento man Ezekiel Griffis was arrested after stabbing five men in Old Sacramento early Saturday morning.
Sacramento man Ezekiel Griffis was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on assault charges following a stabbing incident in Old Sacramento. Police responded to the scene at Front Street and K Street just after 3 a.m. on Saturday morning to address reports of an assault with a weapon. Officers found three men with at least one stab wound each at the scene and transported them to a hospital. Two additional victims were later identified as having stab wounds related to the incident. All five victims were reported stable as with of Saturday afternoon. Ezekiel Griffis was one of three people of interest detained by the Sacramento Police Department during the investigation. The other two detainees were subsequently released. The stabbing investigation remains ongoing.
