The 173rd annual event, themed "Wish You Were Here," features a variety of attractions including a new King Tut exhibit, an Enchanted Forest, and a California First Peoples' Art showcase. To accommodate families on a budget, the administration announced several affordable options. These include $2 admission during the first two hours of the day, free admission for children on Tuesdays, and free admission on Fridays for those who bring five nonperishable food items. Visitors can also enjoy free food samples at the California Kitchen and refillable water stations. The event features a signature Toyota Concert Series on the Sky River Casino Stage, with performances starting at 8 p.m. nightly. The lineup includes R&B legend Babyface, country star Trace Adkins, and the funk group WAR. All concerts are included with paid admission, providing high entertainment value for fairgoers.
