Isabella Williams expressed disappointment over the news, noting that she had already secured several scholarships to cover her balance. Although some students have since had their classes restored, many are still waiting for the school to finalize pending financial aid. Howard University stated that confirming enrollment is essential for planning housing and academic programs. The school will provide refunds for payments and scholarship dollars already sent, though the $800 enrollment deposit remains nonrefundable. Students who were unenrolled have been invited to reapply as transfer students for the following year.
