Portland Police Identify Titus Rohde as Victim of Early Morning Shooting in Hosford-Abernethy Neighborhood

The Portland Police Bureau has identified 23-year-old Titus Rohde of Vancouver, Washington, as the man killed in a shooting on Saturday, Aug. 15. Rohde was found dead inside a vehicle at a gas station near Southeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Southeast Alder Street. Police reported that the shooting occurred at approximately 2:49 a.m. during a large gathering near Southeast Water Avenue and Southeast Caruthers Street. While Rohde was died from a gunshot wound, two other men were injured in the incident and transported to a. hospital. Both injured victims are expected to survive. Investigators have not yet made any arrests or released specific details regarding the suspect(s). The Portland Police Bureau is currently seeking information from the public to help solve the case.
