Romanian prosecutors have officially indicted Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate on charges of trafficking minors, money laundering, and sex with a minor. The brothers, who are former kickboxers and social media influencers, are accused of recruiting a 15-year-old girl in Britain and moving her to Romania to produce sexually exploitative content for a webcam business. Prosecutors from the Romanian Directorate for Investigating Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) stated that the brothers coerced the victim through physical violence and psychological intimidation. They allegedly kept approximately 80 percent of the income generated by the victim's video chats, totaling $1.25 million, and attempted to launder these funds by purchasing four luxury cars. The Tate brothers deny all wrongdoing and maintain that their online personas are not their real personalities. Their Romanian lawyer, Eugen Constantin Vidineac, stated that the brothers reject the allegations and will challenge any legal deficiencies through the judicial process. The brothers currently remain in a Miami jail while awaiting a decision on a request for their extradition to the United Kingdom on separate rape charges.
