A Russian guided aerial bomb struck the eastern outskirts of the city of Izium at approximately 4:20 a.m. on September 10. The strike damaged several private residential buildings and caused a fire in a local farm building. Local authorities reported that two people were injured during the shelling and are currently receiving medical care. The Izium City Military Administration stated that the full extent of the consequences regarding the strike is still being clarified.
