Eric Supencheck Died in Head-On Collision on Homestead Expressway
Eric Supencheck, a 49-year-old Lincoln resident, died at the scene of a head-on collision on Friday night. The crash occurred at approximately 9:52 p.m. on the Homestead Expressway, just north of Rosa Parks Way. According to the Lincoln Police Department, a northbound motorcycle and a southbound sedan collided after the motorcycle crossed the median into the opposing lanes. Supencheck was the driver of the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and three passengers of the sedan were treated at thes local hospital but did not suffer any severe injuries. The investigation into the crash remains ongoing. The Lincoln Police Department has requested that anyone with information regarding the incident call their non-emergency number or contact Crime Stoppers.
