Known by the aliases 'Daniel' or 'Fe Fe,' Adolfo José Granados Latorre is a trusted confidant of the group's leader, alias 'Pinocho.' He was responsible for managing resources obtained through criminal activities, primarily narcotics trafficking and extortion, to sustain the group's armed components. Intelligence agencies report that Adolfo José Granados Latorre coordinated significant financial movements and extortion activities in the Santa Marta region. President Abelardo De La Espriella stated that the capture represents a direct blow to the ACS finances. The administration announced that operations will continue against the structures responsible for extortion in the tourism and commercial sectors, as well as those responsible for the displacement of families and territorial control through threats.
