Jim Cramer identifies Dell Technologies as the most important stock for investors following a record-breaking fiscal second quarter.
Jim Cramer stated that Dell Technologies is currently the most important stock for investors, highlighting its performance as a systems integrator in the AI hardware space. The company reported a record $47 billion in revenue for its fiscal second quarter, representing a 58% increase year-over-year. This growth was driven by persistent demand for AI-optimized server infrastructure, with the company booking a record $60.9 billion in AI server orders and recognizing $16.4 billion in AI server revenue. Dell Technologies also raised its full-year revenue outlook by $25 billion to $192 billion, exceeding analyst estimates. The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $7.04, which beat expectations. While the company's AI server backlog reached a record $95 billion, traditional servers and storage also showed significant growth. Cramer noted a valuation gap between Dell Technologies and Nvidia, observing that Dell Technologies trades at a lower price-to-earnings multiple than Nvidia. Despite the company's high growth, the stock price reacted with some volatility, falling 6.09% during the session before Cramer's celebration of the results.
