Influencer Oscar Adrián 'N' Arrested in Jalisco for Suspected Human Trafficking and Child Pornography
Oscar Adrián 'N', a Mexican influencer and YouTuber known as 'Oscorp', was arrested in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on September 3. The arrest follows a warrant for his suspected involvement in human trafficking, specifically regarding the creation and storage of child pornography. The investigation began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) provided an alert regarding IP addresses and email accounts linked to child abuse material. Authorities tracked these accounts to a residence in the 5th of May colony. During a search of the home, officials seized mobile phones, memory cards, USB drives, computers, and a bulletproof vest. They also found police insignias and identifications from a supposed international human rights ministry. Salvador González de los Santos, the Jalisco State Prosecutor, stated that initial evidence suggests Oscar Adrián 'N' accessed websites to purchase child pornography. The investigation continues to determine if he also participated in the distribution of the material or other criminal activities. Oscar Adrián 'N' was left at the disposal of a judge of control to resolve his legal situation.
