Fromm Family Foods is voluntarily recalling approximately 5,825 cases of two wet dog food products across the United States and Canada. The recall was prompted by complaints of potential metal contamination, which could cause symptoms such as choking, vomiting, lethargy, and stomach discomfort in dogs. While no illnesses or injuries have been reported yet, the company identified the error and has taken corrective action to prevent future occurrences. The affected products include 3,852 cases of Fromm Turkey Pâté Wet Dog Food and 1,973 cases of Fromm Diner Classics Milo's Meatloaf Pâté Wet Dog Food. Owners are advised to stop feeding the recalled food to their pets and return it to the retailer. The company has already identified the source of the error and implemented corrective measures to ensure the quality of future production. No other products from the company are limited by this recall.
