Jorge Amílcar Olán Aparicio reveals extensive business and influence trafficking network linked to the children of former President López Obrador

Jorge Amílcar Olán Aparicio, a close associate of Andy and Bobby López Beltrán, has been identified as a key operator in a network of influence trafficking and business connections involving the children of former President López Obrador. New audios from 2023 reveal that Olán Aparicio ordered his brother, Luis Alberto, to associate with a cell of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) dedicated to extortion and fuel theft. This connection was established through Iván Cazarín Molina, a central figure in the CJNG in Veracruz, which helped protect the mining interests of the López Beltrán brothers. The network also includes ties to "La Barredora," a criminal group linked to Hernán Bermúdez Requena, the former security secretary of Tabasco. Investigations suggest these connections allowed the López Beltrán brothers to secure favorable conditions for their businesses, particularly in the production of ballast for the Tren Maya. While the federal prosecutor's office has stated it lacks sufficient legal evidence to formally indict the children of the López Obrador administration, the existence of the network is confirmed by multiple witnesses and documents.
