Wonderful raises $550 million in Series C funding to reach a $5 billion valuation
The enterprise AI startup Wonderful raised $550 million in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners. This investment pushed the company's valuation to $5 billion, more than doubling its value from $2 billion just six months ago. The round included participation from Salesforce, Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners. Wonderful provides an AI operating system for enterprises that sits on top of existing systems. The software allows teams to use multiple AI agents across various workflows without replacing their current technology stack. The company currently employs 650 people across more than 35 markets. Chief Technology Officer Roey Lalazar stated that enterprises should not have to replace everything they already have to become AI-native. Chief Executive Bar Winkler said that without a shared layer, AI risks recreating the sprawl of traditional SaaS.
