New York Grandmother Alisa Goods Found Deceased in Las Vegas After Disappearing for Nearly Two Weeks

Alisa Goods, a 63-year-old grandmother from New York, was found dead near Terminal 1 at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. She had been missing since August 8, after leaving a friend's home to visit a nearby CVS store. Her family, who traveled to Las Vegas to spearhead the search, confirmed her death on Friday. Investigators discovered surveillance video from the day she disappeared showing a woman believed to be Goods near the airport. While the family was searching, they received suspicious messages from her phone asking for Bitcoin and gas money, which raised concerns about a potential kidnapping. Her niece, Alana Calloway, noted that the family expressed frustration with the initial police investigation, feeling that Goods was not a high priority. The official cause and manner of death have not yet been released by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department or the Clark County Coroner's Office.
