Keisha Epps and Tamra Marshon Stewart face child neglect charges after keeping four children in a tractor-trailer cab for six years.

Keisha Epps and Tamra Marshon Stewart were arrested and charged with four counts of child neglect after investigators discovered they kept four children largely confined inside the cab of a tractor-trailer for nearly six years. The children, who were kept in the vehicle for the majority of their days since December 2019, reportedly lacked sufficient time to shower, exercise outside, or attend school for approximately five years. Court documents indicate the children shared a bunk so small they had to sleep curled up side by side. They were reportedly fed poorly and received little to no medical or emergency dental care. One child reportedly suffered a permanent scar from a burn and an untreated sexually transmitted infection. While Keisha Epps worked as a truck driver, Tamra Marshon Stewart watched the children, but was also accused of beating them when they confronted him about witnessing sexual abuse. Both Epps and Tamra Marshon Stewart are currently being held in Duval County Jail awaiting trial.
