Benjamin Larson Re-arrested on New Charges After Stalking Investigation Uncovers Human Remains and Serial Killer Memorabilia

Benjamin Larson was re-arrested on Monday on three counts of receiving stolen property and one count of felony bail jumping. This follows a stalking investigation in Dane County where Larson allegedly stalked a woman for 13 years after their brief 2013 relationship ended. During a search of Larson's home in Fond du Lac County, detectives discovered a basement containing human skulls, skeletal remains, and various serial killer memorabilia, including items from the grave of Edward Gein and a jar labeled as containing a piece of John Wayne Gacy's brain. Investigators also found a padlocked room with a lifelike silicone doll and journals where Larson allegedly expressed a desire to take the skulls of the victim's family. A forensic anthropologist is currently working to determine if the human remains are modern or ancient Native American remains. Larson claimed his communication with the victim was civil and stated that his therapist suggested filing complaints against her. If convicted, Larson faces up to three years and six months in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
