The truck features a 92-kWh gross battery capacity, providing 70 kWh of usable energy. It can drive for approximately 145 miles on electric power alone, but the total system range is reported to be around 690 miles. The vehicle weighs approximately 7,507 pounds. This powertrain addresses common issues faced by electric trucks when towing heavy loads over long distances. By using a generator, the truck can recharge its batteries while in motion, reducing the need for frequent charging stops. The 2026 Ram 1500 REV is expected to be available for the 2027 model year.
