Yunaidy Martñnez Ramiriz, a woman living in Cancun, expressed concern for her family members who were on the boat, noting that the vessel suffered a motor damage and ran out of gas during the journey. The recovery comes as Cuba faces a de facto fuel blockade by the United States, which has exacerbated the island's energy crisis.
