During the ceremony, Hugo Aguilar Ortiz stated that the judiciary is independent and does not follow external orders or specific agendas. He highlighted the transition from a previous system that was slow and disorganized, to a new model featuring electronic records and digital files. In his report, Hugo Aguilar Ortiz noted that the court resolved 88 percent of the cases received during the first year, including a significant portion of the backlog from the previous administration. He also emphasized a shift toward a more accessible and multicultural justice system. President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo attended the event, where she noted that the new court is significantly better than the previous one. The report, titled "Justicia real y verdadera," was presented in the presence of various judicial leaders and government officials. Hugo Aguilar Ortiz also noted that the judiciary will maintain a policy of austerity, despite requesting a nominal budget increase for the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
