The tender seeks an operation that will deliver funds to 20 locations across the city through various channels, including branches, correspondent networks, and allies. Operators are invited to submit offers by September 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The evaluation report will be published on September 7, 2026, with the final award formalized on September 17, 2026. This process provides an opportunity for operators to utilize their experience to improve the well-being of households and individuals who need it most in Bogotá.
