Jorge Amílcar Olán Aparicio expands business portfolio with new Texas companies and significant Mexican government contracts
Jorge Amílcar Olán Aparicio, a businessman close to Andrés Manuel López Beltrán, has expanded his business network to include medication sales, diesel imports from the United States, and ballast for the Interoceanic Train. The administration announced that Olán Aparicio's company, Arromedic, secured contracts worth 490 million pesos with Insabi. In the United States, Olán Aparicio registered three new companies in Texas in June and July of 2026. These include Stone Basaltic, Quincar, and Basalt Group, all located in Bay City, Texas. These companies were registered with the assistance of operator Silvia Gabriela Cárdenas Arias. In Mexico, Olán Aparicio earned at least 58 million pesos by renting properties to the Federal Judicial Power. These properties were certified by Notary 27, owned by Senator Adán Augusto López Hernández. The lease contracts for these properties, signed between 2023 and 2026, included payments for rent and maintenance of the seat of the Tribunals Collegiate Court in Labor Matters of the Tenth Circuit in Villahermosa. The Regional Administration evaluated rehousing the courts to obtain better rental conditions for the same or more space.
