The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is notable for its ability to rotate 320 degrees in approximately 25 minutes, allowing residents to change their views and maximize sunlight throughout the day. Listing agent Angelo Baglieri noted that the home sits on an old railroad track and uses two washing machine motors to facilitate its movement. The property is listed for $3.3 million and includes six additional dwellings, such as the neighboring 'Potato Chip House.' Current tenant Jessie Adams described the rotating feature as a practical benefit, noting that it allows residents to follow the sunrise and sunset from different windows. The home was built by local builder Sam Harkleroad, who was known for his unconventional architectural designs. The property was saved from being demolished during the construction of Highway 101 and is now being sold by the owner, Harold Pozzi, who cited the difficulty of maintaining the property at his age.
