Omar GarcĆa Harfuch, the secretary of Security, stated that the explosion involved 200 kilograms of explosive material placed in a stolen vehicle from Jalisco. The blast was linked to a dispute between the Cartel Jalisco New Generation and the Cartel de Sinaloa or the Pacific Cartel. Three individuals, including Juan Pedro āNā, were arrested in connection with the explosion, which left 11 people injured. Additionally, the Secretariat of National Defense explained that drones dropped by the United States on the Mexico-U.S. border belong to networks of traffickers who use them to monitor routes for migrating people.
