Netflix executives have considered integrating third-party streaming services, specifically Peacock and Fox One, into its own app. While it is currently unclear if the company would sell subscriptions to these rivals or simply add their content to the platform, the move would represent a significant shift from its traditional model of joining bundles with other streamers. Amazon’s Prime Video and Roku have already established models for selling rival subscriptions, while YouTube will include Peacock access as part of its Premium subscription next year. Greg Peters, co-CEO of Netflix, noted that the company is seeing promising results from these partnerships.
