Kim Yo Jong dismisses President Trump's diplomatic overtures as North Korea launches short-range ballistic missiles

North Korea issued a rhetorical rebuttal to President Trump's recent diplomatic efforts by launching approximately 10 short-range ballistic missiles from the Pyongyang area toward the sea.
