Jensen Huang reports NVIDIA's fiscal second quarter revenue reached $96.2 billion, a 106% year-over-year increase.
Jensen Huang reported that NVIDIA achieved a record revenue of $96.2 billion in its fiscal second quarter of 2027, representing a 106% increase from the previous year. While the company's free cash flow saw a sequential decline of $27.2 billion, the figure remains 59% higher than the previous year. The decline is attributed to increased working capital, including a higher accounts receivable balance and inventory growth ahead of the Vera Rubin rollout. NVIDIA extended payment terms for large customers, increasing days sales outstanding from 45 to 60 days. This move suggests the company is increasingly providing vendor financing to investment-grade customers. The company disclosed $279 billion in supply commitments and $108.5 billion in guarantees backed by major financial institutions like Apollo, BlackRock, and Goldman Sachs. Huang noted that AI has reached an inflection point where compute is now generating productive and profitable revenue.
