Private vehicles with license plates ending in 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0 are permitted to circulate between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Taxis with plates ending in 1 and 2 are restricted, while those ending in 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0 are allowed to move during their specific window from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Drivers can pay for the 'Peak and Load Solidarity' to bypass these restrictions through the official website. The city's traffic is currently impacted by a fatal accident in the Kennedy locality on Avenida Boyacá with Calle 38B Sur, causing a partial lane closure and delays of at least 25 minutes. The TransMilenio mass transit system began its regular operation following a road condition assessment.
