Poland is included in a new $131.23 billion U.S. contract with Boeing for the F-15 Eagle Crest program.

The U.S. Department of Defense announced a massive new indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with Boeing for the "F-15 Eagle Crest" program, valued at a ceiling of $131.23 billion. The agreement covers production, modernization, and sustainment for F-15 aircraft through 2037. While the contract includes several foreign military sales customers, including Japan, Israel, and Saudi Arabia, Poland is notably included in the framework. Boeing has actively promoted the F-15EX to Warsaw, and the country has a history of similar contracts where it initially denied a purchase before becoming a major customer. For example, Poland previously denied selecting the AH-64E Apache helicopter after being named in a similar contract, but later became the largest international customer for the aircraft. Despite this precedent, Poland’s Ministry of National Defence stated that the Polish Armed Forces do not currently plan to acquire F-15EX aircraft. The inclusion in the framework contract establishes a long-term contractual vehicle that could facilitate a future purchase, but no formal procurement process has begun.
