Romanian prosecutors indict Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate for trafficking minors and money laundering

Romanian prosecutors have officially indicted Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate on charges of trafficking minors, money laundering, and sex with a minor. The brothers, who are dual US and British citizens, are accused of recruiting a 15-year-old girl in Britain and moving her to Romania to be sexually exploited. According to the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism, the brothers allegedly coerced the victim into producing pornographic content for an online webcam business through physical aggression and psychological manipulation. The brothers reportedly earned more than $1.2 million from the victim's video chat income, which they allegedly laundered by purchasing four luxury cars. The Tates have denied all allegations. Their Romanian lawyer, Eugen Constantin Vidineac, stated that the brothers maintain their innocence and will challenge any legal deficiencies in the new indictment. The brothers are currently held in a Miami jail while awaiting a decision on an extradition request from the United Kingdom for separate sex crimes charges.
