This initiative aims to push back the recovery of local businesses, particularly small and medium-sized merchants who have seen their income impacted by temporary closures. Simultaneously, the Milan sector of the city is beginning a partial reactivation. Establishments without structural damage are permitted to reopen for pedestrian traffic, while vehicular traffic remains restricted to those actively working in the area as a safety precaution. For businesses still facing structural issues, the city council has established a temporary bazaar at the Niza Viewpoint. This bazaar will operate on a schedule from Thursday to Sunday, offering food services and permanent security from the police and municipal administration. These measures prioritize the safety of workers and customers while ensuring the preservation of employment during the ongoing reconstruction process.
