John Reilly Announces Six Flags Corporate Headquarters Relocation to Arlington, Texas

Six Flags Entertainment CEO John Reilly announced that the company will relocate its corporate headquarters from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Arlington, Texas, by March 2027. The move places the company's leadership in a central, business-friendly location that provides greater connectivity to its five Texas properties and its network of 34 amusement and water parks across North America. Choctaw Stadium in Arlington will serve as the new headquarters, situated near the company's original park, Six Flags Over Texas. Reilly noted that the move supports the company's long-term vision for growth and improves collaboration among corporate teams. While the company is moving its main base, it remains committed to the North Carolina market, specifically planning to open a new attraction at Carolina Harbor in 2027. The relocation follows a merger with Cedar Fair, which resulted in the formation of the new Six Flags Entertainment Corporation in 2024. The move aims to improve operational efficiency and provide leadership with a meaningful on-the-ground presence at one of the company's premier parks.
