Thomas Gasser, chairman of the board of directors at BrĂ¼nig Mega Safe, is constructing a large-scale complex of underground vaults in the BrĂ¼nig Pass region of Switzerland. The project features approximately 20 vaults buried beneath over 100 meters of solid rock, designed to house works of art, precious metals, classic cars, and fine wines. The facility will offer a level of security comparable to the Swiss National Bank, providing a reliable haven for assets against global instability. Each vault is available on a 99-year lease, with entry prices starting at approximately 1.23 million dollars. While some local residents in the village of Lungern express skepticism regarding the luxury of the project, the demand remains high. Several clients have already secured their spots. The complex is scheduled to open next year, building upon Switzerland's long-standing reputation for high-quality underground storage and military bunkers.
