Andy Beshear calls for constitutional reforms and the abolition of the Electoral College

While he did not fully endorse a single-payer healthcare system, he emphasized the need for government-led drug price negotiations and hospital pricing transparency. He concluded by criticizing the lack of communication from Republican Senator Mitch McConnell, noting that the senator has yet to told him of his current health status.
