The video includes a specific clip of King Charles from a July 2020 visit to a supermarket distribution center in Bristol. In the edited version shared by Trump, the King appears to shrug and walk away from a man who collapsed in front of him. However, the full footage shows that King Charles reached out to catch the man and remained close by while he received medical attention. While the administration has not officially responded to the video, Buckingham Palace indicated they would not comment on the matter. Trump has previously expressed high regard for the King, calling him 'the greatest king in my book' during a state visit in April.
