Ukrainian Navy strikes Russian multipurpose support vessel Nefrit in Sochi port

The Ukrainian Navy struck the Russian multipurpose support vessel Nefrit with an unmanned surface vessel in the port of Sochi. The vessel, which supports oil and gas operations, was hit by a naval drone, resulting in a powerful explosion and smoke. The Ukrainian Navy stated that the Nefrit is part of Russia's maritime and energy infrastructure, and the strike was intended to disrupt the enemy's logistics and war economy. Following the naval drone strike, Russian authorities reported fires at two energy facilities and one air defense base in Sochi. One of the fires was at an oil depot owned by Rosneft, located near the Sochi International Airport.
