Robert "Madyar" Brovdi Reports Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces Have Disabled 267 Energy Facilities and 242 Shadow Fleet Vessels

Commander Robert "Madyar" Brovdi of the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces reported that Ukrainian units have successfully disabled 267 energy infrastructure facilities as part of Operation "Crimean Circuit Breaker Off." This campaign, which ran from July 1 to August 22, targeted high-voltage substations, gas turbine power plants, and gas distribution stations across occupied Crimea and southern Ukraine. Simultaneously, the administration announced that Operation "MoLoChKa" has successfully engaged 242 vessels of Russia's shadow fleet in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea since July 6. Brovdi noted that 36 of these vessels were struck during the month of August alone. The strategy utilizes a "wolfpack" tactic of uncrewed surface vessels to impose attritional pressure on Russian logistics. By targeting maritime chokepoints and energy nodes, the Ukrainian forces aim to achieve the total resource and logistical exhaustion of the Crimean peninsula, forcing Russia to manage a resource-allocation dilemma between sustaining its civilian population and its military logistics chain.
