Ursa Major Technologies, Inc. to Go Public via Merger with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. III
Ursa Major Technologies, Inc. has entered into a definitive business combination agreement to become a publicly traded company through a merger with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. III. The transaction, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, will provide at least $350 million in committed capital to scale the defense startup's production of hypersonics, solid rocket motors, and space mobility systems. Chris Spagnoletti, CEO of Ursa Major, stated that the company has spent over a decade building propulsion technology and manufacturing infrastructure to meet growing customer demand. The merger will allow the company to expand its production capabilities and strengthen the U.S. defense industrial base. The company has already raised over $380 million in private capital and has successfully conducted numerous flight tests and ground tests. Following the merger, the company will trade on the Nasdaq under the name Inflection Point Mach X Bleichroeder Corp. The proceeds will support the expansion of the company's Colorado operations and continued development of liquid engine manufacturing and hypersonic systems.
