Mexico City authorities have officially established a judicial connection for David Alejandro "N", a statistics professor who was apprehended in connection with a fraud scheme at the Más Preparación Academy. The academy, originally founded in 2011 as Preparación IPN by Míoriam Flores García and Edgar "N", evolved from a support network into a system of academic abuses and scams. The fraud involved the use of spy glasses to record exams for institutions like the UNAM and IPN, allowing instructors to answer questions while students appeared to be solving them. Míoriam Flores García, the academy's founder, reported that the illicit conduct began in the early 2010s. She noted that students could pay up to 10,000 pesos for instructors to take the exams for them. David Alejandro "N" and Edgar "N" were both detained in August 2024. Míoriam Flores García stated that the academy suffered from leadership conflicts and instances of workplace harassment, which eventually led to her departure from the project.
