SanDisk CEO David Goeckeler presents long-term financial model projecting sustained growth and high shareholder returns.
SanDisk CEO David Goeckeler presented a long-term financial model during the 2026 Investor Day, projecting robust growth through fiscal years 2028 to 2030. The model forecasts annual revenue growth in the mid-to-high teens, with adjusted gross margins of approximately 80% and adjusted free cash flow margins of 50%. A key highlight for investors is the company's commitment to return 100% of excess cash to shareholders after business investments. These targets follow an extraordinary Q4 fiscal 2026 earnings report, where revenue reached $8.97 billion, a 372% year-over-year increase. CFO Luis Visoso noted that the company's success is rooted in innovation and intimate customer relationships. David Goeckeler attributed the current performance to disciplined execution of a strategy established 18 months ago, which is now benefiting from the AI infrastructure boom. SanDisk remains a dominant force in the semiconductor industry, contributing significantly to the S&P 500's recent revenue growth.
