Isabelle Rose Johnson is a "dangerous" fugitive wanted for the murder of 43-year-old Jason Christopher Coulthart, whose remains were discovered in a shallow grave in Freeport, Florida. The Walton County Sheriff’s Office released new identifying features to aid the manhunt, noting that Johnson has a rose tattoo on her left hand, an unidentified tattoo on her right ankle, and a large scorpion tattoo on her left thigh. Authorities believe Johnson is a "master manipulator" who has used multiple aliases, including Harley and Jessica Elaine Bowman, to evade capture across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. She is described as a 38-year-old woman, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Investigators believe she may have dyed and cut her hair to further conceal her identity. Five accomplices have already been arrested for assisting Johnson, including Bobbie Gean Wagstaff, Martin Leaverton, Sandra Leaverton, Michael Ray White, and Kathleen Morris. A reward of up to $16,000 is now being offered for information leading to her arrest.
