Gordon Campbell discovers a young fox is the culprit behind missing milk deliveries at his home near Glasgow.
Gordon Campbell, a homeowner near Glasgow, Scotland, discovered that a young fox was responsible for stealing milk bottles from his doorstep for several weeks. After the milk deliveries repeatedly disappeared, Campbell set up a security camera to identify the thief. He initially suspected a person or a smart bird like a magpie, even joking that the culprit might be a militant vegan. The security footage revealed the young fox trotting up the steps and carrying away a glass bottle of milk. To confirm the findings, Campbell staged a 'sting' by placing a milk-filled bottle outside and capturing the fox on camera at 2:30 a.m. on July 20. Campbell had temporarily paused his milk deliveries due to the thefts but plans to resume the service. To prevent future thefts, he intends to leave a protective box outside to keep the milk safe from the young fox.
