Isabelle Johnson remains a fugitive as investigators release new identifying details in the manhunt for the woman accused of murdering Jason Coulthart.

Isabelle Johnson is currently wanted by law enforcement for the murder of 43-year-old Jason Coulthart, whose remains were discovered in a shallow grave in Florida on June 25. The Walton County Sheriff's Office describes the 38-year-old suspect as a "master manipulator" who has used multiple aliases, including Harley and Jessica Elaine Bowman, to evade capture. Investigators believe Johnson has intentionally altered her appearance by cutting and dyeing her hair to stay hidden. New identifying features include a rose or flower tattoo on her left hand, a tattoo on her right ankle, and a large scorpion tattoo extending from her left buttock down her left thigh. Five accomplices have already been arrested for aiding Johnson, including Bobbie Gean Wagstaff, who helped bury the body, and several others who provided shelter, transportation, and supplies. A reward of up to $16,000 is being offered for information leading to her arrest. Authorities warn the public not to approach Johnson if she is spotted.
