Lindsay Clancy Testifies in Court During Triple Murder Trial of Her Three Children
Lindsay Clancy spoke for the first time in court during her trial for the murder of her three children: Cora, 5; Dawson, 3; and Callan, 8 months. The defendant admitted to the killings, which occurred on January 24, 2023, when she strangled her children using exercise resistance bands before attempting suicide by jumping from a second-story window. Defense attorney Kevin Reddington argues that Clancy was suffering from postpartum psychosis and should not be held criminally responsible. Prosecutors, however, have attempted to portray her as a deliberate and meticulous planner. Medical experts testified that Clancy was calm and cooperative during psychiatric examinations, showing organized thought processes.
