Charlotte Rose-Ann Hill, 38, passed away following medical complications after a freak backyard BBQ accident in Sydney, Australia. While setting up a grill to roast marshmallows for her children during the school holidays, Charlotte Rose-Ann Hill caught fire. Her two children, an 11-year-old son and a 7-year-old daughter, watched the incident unfold. The son heroically attempted to extinguish the flames using his jacket, while the daughter screamed to alert their father, Matt Tierney. Charlotte Rose-Ann Hill suffered serious burns to her face and hands, requiring multiple surgeries. Although her condition initially showed signs of improvement, she succumbed to complications on July 10. Her cousin, Bianca Hill, noted that Charlotte Rose-Ann Hill was a devoted mother who had experienced the loss of her own mother at a young age and sought to provide a stable childhood for her children. A GoFundMe campaign has been established to cover funeral costs and support the children's emotional and educational needs as they adjust to life without their mother.
