Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate remain in federal custody in Florida as they challenge an extradition request from the United Kingdom. The brothers, who are dual U.S. and British citizens, face a total of 59 charges between them following investigations by British authorities. New court documents unsealed Monday detail allegations of rape, sex trafficking, and assault involving four additional victims between 2010 and 2017. The brothers, who are prominent social media influencers and supporters of President Trump, have consistently denied all wrongdoing. Their attorney, Joseph McBride, argued that the extradition is a "political hit" and a "stitch-up job," asserting that the pair is innocent of the crimes committed. While the brothers are currently facing a separate criminal investigation in Romania, the U.S. Department of Justice confirmed that the current arrests were made in accordance with international treaties. A U.S. district judge will determine if the brothers meet the conditions for extradition in the coming weeks.
