Terrell J. Granberg Identified as Victim of Shooting at Large House Party in Northeast Portland
Authorities have identified Terrell J. Granberg, an 18-year-old man, as the victim killed in a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning in Portland’s Cully neighborhood. The incident took place at a large house party on the 5800 block of Northeast Alberta Street, where gunfire erupted around 3:33 a.m., leaving Granberg dead and five others injured. Police responded to the scene after a noise complaint earlier in the evening, but the shooting occurred after the crowd had quieted down. Investigators recovered over 75 shell casings and 145 pieces of evidence from a crime scene that stretched across multiple blocks. While the deceased victim has been identified, the suspects remain at large. Police Chief Bob Day urged witnesses to come forward, noting that many people were present at the gathering. A reward of up to $5,000 is available for information leading to the arrest of the person or people responsible for the shooting.
