Volodymyr Zelenskyy reports at least six people killed in Russian ballistic missile strike on Kyiv region arms exhibition.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that a Russian ballistic missile strike on a training ground in the Kyiv region killed at least six people and injured dozens more. The attack occurred during a military exhibition where representatives of the Ukrainian defense industry were present. While initial reports from the Prosecutor General suggested a higher toll of ten dead and over 100 injured, the Ukrainian leader provided the updated figures as emergency services continued to work at the scene. The strike highlights the ongoing pressure from Russian ballistic missiles, which have recently been used to target both civilian areas and key military infrastructure. In a retaliatory move, Ukraine launched drone strikes on Russia’s largest online retailer, Wildberries, and an oil facility near Kirov. These long-range attacks aim to disrupt Russian logistics and force the Russian military to feel the consequences of the invasion. Zelenskyy also met with representatives from Raytheon to discuss the production of Patriot interceptors, a priority for Ukraine as it seeks to counter Russia's relentless missile barrages.
