The gunman first targeted fellow soldiers, killing one and wounding another, before turning his fire toward civilians. The three civilian victims were a 71-year-old man, a 59-year-old man, and a 64-year-old woman. Law enforcement officials have detained the serviceman, who remains unidentified.
