Tristan Tate faces charges for repeatedly choking and striking a long-term romantic partner with a belt. While the brothers maintain their innocence, their attorney, Joseph McBride, argued that the extradition request is politically motivated. The defense urged the administration to intervene, noting that the brothers are currently facing ongoing proceedings in Romania.
