Trump Media & Technology Group will launch "Truth API" on August 1, a paid service providing institutional clients with millisecond access to the most influential posts on Truth Social. The service aims to create a steady revenue stream for the company, which currently faces losses due to intense competition. While specific pricing was not finalized, sources indicate the company may charge up to $100,000 per month, with a discounted three-year plan potentially available for $60,000. The move allows financial traders to react instantly to market-moving news, such as trade and tariff updates. Because the Trump family remains the majority shareholder of the company, the administration's primary beneficiary stands to profit directly from the fees. While some critics, including Senator Elizabeth Warren, called the arrangement an "egregious scheme" to enrich Wall Street, others noted that the move is legally permissible. The service will provide 24-hour coverage and include an archive of posts dating back to 2022.
